FIREFIGHTERS made short work of a barn fire in North Nibley.
Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service deployed crews from Dursley and Nailsworth at around 12.30pm on Tuesday after receiving calls of a tractor fire in a North Nibley barn.
Once in attendance, the crews called for further assistance from a team from Stroud.
The firefighters found that a small fire had broken out in a barn, with one tractor severely damaged and one hay baler slightly damaged.
Crews used two jets and a hose reel to deal with the fire, which took around two hours.
The cause of the fire has not yet been ascertained but it is not being treated as suspicious.
