Body of a man found near Thornbury Castle treated as 'unexplained' by police
THE BODY of a man has been discovered on a public path near Thornbury Castle this morning.
Police and ambulance crews were called to the Pithay at 7.10am today after the body was found by a member of the public.
An Avon and Somerset Police spokesman said that the man’s death is being treated as unexplained but not suspicious.
Further enquiries will be on behalf of the Coroner's Office.
