POLICE have issued multiple alerts following incidents across the area.

Property ransacked in North Nibley

Burglars ransacked a property located in the Smarts Green area of North Nibley.

However, police have not stated whether anything was stolen.

It is understood the incident happened between Saturday, April 20 and Sunday, April 21.

Anyone with information should contact police quoting 0469 of April 23.

Tools stolen from vehicle in Whitminster

A vehicle parked on a driveway in Kidnams Walk, Whitminster was recently targeted by thieves.

Various DeWalt tools including a drill, drill driver, circular saw, jigsaw, cutting bits and a multi tool were all stolen.

It is understood the incident happened between 9pm and 6am, however officers have not shared the incident date.

Bank cards stolen in Whitminster

Two cars parked on a driveway in Little Holbury, Whitminster was also targeted by thieves.

A set of golf clubs and bank cards were stolen from the cars at approximately 4am on Tuesday, April 23.

Officers say since the theft, the stolen bank cards have been used by thieves.

Appeal after suspicious incident near Newport Towers

Police have released an alert after a suspicious incident near Newport Towers.

Officers say a man attempted to gain entry to an address as part of a rogue trader scam at approximately 11.49am on Wednesday, April 24.

Police say the incident happened near the Newport Towers building site on the A38 near Berkeley.

They have described the suspect as over 6ft tall who has an Irish accent, broad build, short hair and has no glasses.
