Wake the tiger
On the 28th of February to the 6th of march year 9 students of SBL have gone on a school trip called wake the tiger which is located in 127 Albert Rd, Bristol BS2 0YA, At SBL this has been a very recent trip as it was only opened on the 30th of July last year. Meaning the previous year nines had the pleasure of going before any other years had in SBL.
Sir Bernard Lovell Academy art department has given year 9 students this opportunity right before they choose their GCSEs, for insight into possible future careers relating to creativity or media.
Wake the tiger has doubled in size since the year before, creating new areas of colour and interest to give anyone an experience they will never forget.
Facts about wake the tiger:
there's a book called Waking The Tiger, which is all about finding your inner self, this is the a massive part behind the institution. This immersive and wonderful place is full of multi-sensory experiences with 27 different creative environments that can broaden imagination within the many rooms involved in the facility. Wake the tiger is a maze or even referred to as a labyrinth of exploration beginning at an old dark abandoned area with peeling paint to an assortment of light colours and mystery of enjoyment of exploring hidden rooms new areas and being able to interact with many puzzles on your way around.
