A TEENAGER has been sentenced for a robbery in Yate.
The boy - who is 16 cannot be named due to his age - pleaded guilty to a robbery at Woodchester Park, Yate on September 6 last year.
He stole a coat valued at £120 and a pair of shoes worth £100.
The boy pleaded guilty to a charge of robbery at Bristol Magistrates Court.
He must pay £500 in compensation and was referred to the youth offender panel for 12 months.
The compensation will be paid by his parent or guardian.
