Sourish Mukherjee top scored on 93 as Chipping Sodbury eased to a three-wicket home success over Whitchurch to make it two from two ahead of the much-delayed resumption of league action on Saturday.
The left-hander hit 14 fours and a six off 99 balls, sharing a third wicket stand of 151 with Mason Poole (58) for the home side who reached their target of 202 with plenty of time to spare despite losing several late wickets.
Earlier, spinner Dan Brown (4-19 from nine) and Poole (2-40) were the pick of the Sodbury attack with Ben Waldron (0-6 from five) also proving to be a handful.
Sodbury now prepare for seven weeks of competitive action in newly drawn Gloucestershire County League groups because of the Coronavirus crisis.
Jamie Rendell's side are away on Saturday to Tetbury and will also face Cam, Frampton-on-Severn, Frocester, Hawkesbury Upton, Oldlands and Rockhampton for honours in the South A division.
Sodbury 2nds, meanwhile, went down by 64 runs at home to Portishead. Veteran seamer Jay Penfold (2-12 from eight) was the pick of the attack as the visitors reached 187-5 from their 40 overs.
The home outfit were in good shape at 68-2 but folded to 123 all out, opener Ryan Wood (37) and skipper Bryan Jater (26) top scoring.
Sodbury Extras battled bravely in their first outing of the summer before succumbing by 114 runs away to Golden Hill.
Tom Wilson (2-26 from eight) and sister Emily (1-17 from four) made good early impressions for the visitors while 13-year-old Callum Mealing marked his senior debut with an excellent return of 1-14 from four.
Golden Hill piled up a total of 225-6 which proved to be well out of reach despite Dan Jenkins contributing a career-best 48.
Sodbury 2nds and the Extras both have home friendly matches on Saturday (1pm), against Rockhampton and Bristol United Banks, respectively.
