Thousands of people gathered in Ashington in Northumberland to pay tribute to England World Cup winner Jack Charlton.
The former England centre-back, who made 773 appearances for Leeds between 1953 and 1973 and managed the Republic of Ireland to unprecedented heights, died earlier this month at the age of 85.

Jofra Archer has rejoined his England team-mates ahead of the deciding Test against the West Indies after a second negative test for Covid-19.
Archer was removed from the squad on the eve of the second Test after it emerged he had breached the bio-secure bubble with an unauthorised trip to his flat in Hove.
Having come into contact with an unnamed individual during his detour, Archer needed to get two all-clears before being allowed to take return to the playing group and got the green light on Tuesday morning.

Toronto Wolfpack’s Super League future is in increasing doubt after a warning that they could face sanctions for withdrawing from the remainder of the 2020 season less than two weeks before the competition’s scheduled re-start.
Super League chief executive Robert Elstone has refused to commit to Wolfpack, who had lost all six of their matches prior to the shutdown, retaining their place for 2021 despite a decision to suspend relegation and promotion for the current campaign.
