TRACEY CHAPMAN (nee MOUNCHER) (OUR TRACE) Much loved daughter of Theresa and Selwyn. Fell asleep on 2nd of July and is now reunited with her beloved son Dean. To know her was to love her. Please join our Family in celebrating her Life on Friday 19th July, 9.45am, at Westerleigh Crematorium, and after at the White Lion, Thornbury. Family flowers only, but donations to Little Hearts Matter c/o L & J Gulwell, Thornbury.
