SMITH Patricia Margaret. Sadly, passed away following a long illness on Friday 9th August 2019, aged 81 years. A beloved Wife, Mum, Grandma and Sister. Will be dearly missed by all her loving family and friends. The Funeral Service will be held at Gloucester Crematorium on Tuesday 27th August 2019 at 1pm. Family flowers only please.
