PATRICIA BURGESS Formerly of 20 Frays Avenue, West Drayton. Died peacefully on 1st September at 3.30 am, at Parkfield Nursing Home. Funeral will be held at Breakspear Crematorium, on Thursday 19th September, at 2.00 pm, in the East Chapel. Family flowers only, but donations accepted in her name at The Alzheimer's Society. Ladies bright coloured clothes please.
