FRANK WILLIAM BILNEY of Cam, passed away at Gloucester Royal Hospital on 12th September 2019 aged 87 years. He leaves loving wife Maureen, daughter Catherine, son Michael, grandsons Ben and Oliver and great grandaughters Ella and Kara. Donations in memory are for Cancer Research UK and may be made payable and sent to L. W. Clutterbuck Ltd. Funeral Director, 24-26 High Street, Cam, Dursley, Glos., GL11 5LE
