CHARLES SIDNEY JACOBS 'CHARLIE' Formerly of Horton and Ilminster. Passed away on 27th September 2019 after a long illness, aged 93 years. Beloved Husband of Jean, Father of Chris, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Funeral Service to be held at Westerleigh Crematorium, in the Woodland Chapel at 1.45pm on Tuesday 22nd October 2019 Donations in lieu of flowers to The British Heart Foundation may be sent c/o Dursley Funeral Directors, 35e Parsonage Street, Dursley GL11 4BP
