STEPHANIE MITCHELL Sadly passed away at The Elms Nursing Home on Thursday 2nd January 2020. Funeral service to be held at St George's Church, Upper Cam on Wednesday 22nd January at 11am followed by burial. Family flowers only please with donations in lieu split between Dementia UK and Dementia Connections c/o L.W.Clutterbuck Ltd.
