SALLY ANN SMITH Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and flowers. A family only service will be held on Friday 7th of August 2020 at Westerleigh Crematorium. Donations in memory, made payable to "The Sensory Garden" Which was designed by Sally may be sent c/o Grimes & Goscombe Funeral Directors, Chipping Manor, The Chipping, Wotton-under-Edge GL12 7AD
