GORDON WILLIAM GREEN Formerly of 88 High Street, Cam. Passed away peacefully at Ashgrove House Nursing Home on 19th November 2020 aged 92. Husband to late wife Pamela Green, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Please contact L. W. Clutterbuck, for funeral details as limited attendance. Donations in memory are for Alzheimer's Society and may be sent and made payable to L. W. Clutterbuck Ltd., 24-26 High Street, Cam. GL11 5LE.

I am very saddened to hear your news and upset to read that Dad has passed away. I always wondered where Dad had gone, I knew perhaps nearer you and your family but it would have been good to have kept in touch, as he suddenly had just disappeared from the village with no news of where? He and your Mum are often mentioned and in my thoughts when we talk about my Mum & Dad.
A while ago now on a few occasions since Dad had moved away, I bumped into Philip Gabb, who I believe was your Dad's cousin - he also I learned, did not have a forwarding address for your Dad. I have an awful feeling, if it is the correct Philip Gabb that he may have passed away in Southmead Hospital I read - within the last year too?
I have attached my Mum & Dad's Wedding photograph, of which I have several, that include a picture of your Dad, as 'Best Man'.
