WALKER Andy Died on 6th June 2021, aged 67. Andy was brought up in Thornbury, the family having moved from Teesside when ICI established Severnside Works. Andy attended the Castle School and later took an ICI apprenticeship. He was well known around Thornbury, excelling at socialising, football and supporting Bristol City. He worked abroad and offshore as a petrochemical instrument technician. In Rotterdam he deepened a whirlwind romance with Thornbury girl Lynne McGregor, and soon began 48 years of married life. They had two sons, but sadly James died in 2014. Andy is survived by Lynne and Michael. Commemoration: 4th July.
