MANSFIELD Jacqueline Ann Jackie passed away peacefully 8th September 2021 aged 76, after a long illness bravely borne. An inspirational lady who will be sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral service will take place on Friday 8th October, 2pm at Westerleigh Crematorium. Donations if desired to Southmead Hospital c/o Gullwell Funeral Directors, Thornbury, BS35 2AD.
