JACK Sandy Passed away peacefully at home on the 30th October aged 78. Beloved husband of Chris, dad to Stuart and Kay and grandad to Emily, Stephanie, Daniel and Alice. Funeral service to take place at Westerleigh Crematorium, Waterside chapel on Thursday 18th November at 11:45. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to 'Hope for Tomorrow' c/o L.W.
