PREECE Hazel In loving memory of Hazel Preece, who sadly passed away aged 54 at Southmead Hospital ICU on Tuesday, 15th November. Hazel is survived by Steve, her loving partner of 34 years, children Hollie and Cameron, grandchildren Zach, Lara and Cody, and mum Jean. Hazel will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her. Funeral service will be held at Westerleigh Crematorium, Waterside Chapel on Friday, 16th December, 2022 at 2:00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Hazel to the Made-A-Mark charity helping bereaved children, c/o F. Woodruff, 2 High Street, Winterbourne BS36 1JN.
