JACK Christine Chris Passed away peacefully at home on the 21st February aged 77. Beloved wife of the late Sandy Jack, mum to Stuart and Kay, mother-in-law to Linden and Richard and nan to Emily, Stephanie, Daniel and Alice. Funeral service to take place at Westerleigh Crematorium, Waterside chapel on Tuesday 14th March at 2.00 pm. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu for Longfield Hospice c/o L.W.
