POOLE Joan Sadly passed away at The Meadows Care Home Yate on Sunday 26th February aged 94. Lovingly remembered by her two Daughters, Son in law's, 4 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren. Funeral service to beheld at Woodland Chapel Westerleigh Crematorium on 22nd March at 11.30am. Family flowers only. Donations may be made in Joan's memory to Alzheimer's Recearch c/o F Woodruff Funeral Home 118-120 Station Road Yate BS37 4PQ.
