RUGMAN Florence Elsie Formerly of Westmarsh Lane, Oldbury on Severn. Passed away peacefully on 6th October 2023 at Canonbury Residential Home, aged 99. Mum, Mother in Law, Gran and Great Gran. Will be missed by all. Funeral to be held at St Arildas, Oldbury on Friday 3rd November 2023 at 12 noon.
