Alan SINCLAIR

SINCLAIR Alan Peacefully in his sleep in Spain on 11th November 2023 aged 87 years. A dearly loved husband of Brenda, much loved dad of Paul, dear brother of Jean and Marje and good friend to many in both England and Spain. As per Alan's wishes, a private cremation has taken place in Spain Alan was Deputy Head of English at Rednock School from 1971 to 1979, when he moved to become Head of English in Bristol. Alan moved to Granada, Spain in 1995 making many new friends as well as hosting old friends from England. Wonderful memories of a fantastic teacher who not only encouraged me to write poetry but also opened up the joy of English literature to me. He had such a sense of fun. Sending my deepest condolences to his family…Mr Sinclair May you Rest in Peace.

Sincere condolences to Paul and family. I always enjoyed my English lessons with ‘’Mr Sinclair’, he had a good sense of humour which he certainly needed at Rednock. A life well lived 🥰
