SPENCER Joyce Nee Ruther Avril 08/04/35 - 08/12/23 Formerly of Brookend / Coaley Passed away peacefully with her family around her. Loving wife to the late Robert (Bob) Devoted mum to David, Peter (late) and Patsy Beloved gran to Jodie, Sophie, Samantha and Liam. Funeral service to be held on 29th December, 2pm at Gloucester Crematorium.
