JONES Melanie nee Phelps of Soudley and formerly Cam, Dursley It is with great sadness that the family of Melanie announce her death at the young age of 58 years. She passed away peacefully with her husband Eugene by her side on Saturday 29th June 2024, after a long illness that she fought to the end. A devoted wife to Eugene, cherished daughter of the late Joan Phelps, much-loved sister to Craig and Jeanette, also aunt, great aunt, and loving friend to many. She will be always and forever in our hearts. A service to celebrate Melanie's life will be held at the Forest of Dean Crematorium on Wednesday 24th July at 3.30pm. Melanie requested that you come dressed to celebrate her life with colours, not dressed to mourn her. Family flowers only by request.
