SMITH Peter Frank Peter (Pete) formerly of Thornbury (Windrush Court and Eastland Avenue) and Yate (Maybank Road and Milton Close), died peacefully in his sleep on 11th June 2024 at St Gemmas Hospice, after a long illness. He is loved and fondly remembered by his family, his grandchildren and their friends who knew him as "Silly Grandad" as well as his great grandchildren. His ashes will be interned in the family grave at Thornbury Cemetery at 3pm on 25th July followed by a celebration of his life at the Swan.
