TWO cars collided on the A46 near Little Sodbury but narrowly missed crashing head on.
It happened at 1pm today (February 18) near the turning for Little Sodbury and Horton.
No-one was hurt in the incident but police, fire and paramedics were called to the scene.
One of the drivers was Fabulous Baker Brother Henry Herbert, of Hobbs House in Chipping Sodbury, who later thanked an 'angel' for looking down on him and his family in the car.
Henry took to social media site Instagram, writing: "Was narrowly missed by a whisker in a high speed crash today. Thank the lord no one was seriously hurt but it was pretty scary.
"Two cars written off and a few nose bleeds and sprained leg. A split second later and it would have been head on into my family.
"Angel looking after us today. I called 999 which I have never done before.
"Everyone smiling and reflecting how precious life is soon after."
