Vehicle fire on M4 slip road near Tormarton
FIREFIGHTERS were called to a vehicle fire on the M4 slip road at J18 eastbound this morning.
Two fire crews from Yate and Bath tackled the blaze with a high pressured hose reel.
A spokeswoman for Avon Fire and Resue described the vehicle as being "well alight" when firefighters arrived on scene.
It is believed that no one was injured during the fire, which destroyed approximately 80% of the vehicle.
The fire is thought to have started accidentally.
