A 16-YEAR-OLD has been banned from "causing nuisance" in Cam and Dursley.
The teenager consented to having an anti-social behaviour injunction placed against him at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Friday (March 16).
It will be in place for the next 12 months and has five prohibitions:
- Engaging in conduct which causes or is capable of causing nuisance, annoyance, alarm or distress to any person in Dursley and Cam.
- Using or threatening to use violence against any person within Dursley and Cam.
- Shouting at or swearing at or using abusive language or making rude or insulting gestures to any person within Dursley and Cam.
- Approaching any members of the public requesting money in Dursley and Cam.
- Entering Sainsbury's or any premises included on an exclusion notice.
