A 25-YEAR-OLD Dursley man has today denied four sex offences against a five-year-old boy, including two of rape.
At Gloucester Crown Court Thomas Griffiths, of Phillimore Road, pleaded not guilty to raping the boy twice between July 6 and August 28 this year.
He also denied sexually assaulting the boy and causing or inciting him to engage in sexual activity in the same period of time.
Judge Jamie Tabor QC told Griffiths to return to court for a pre-trial hearing on December 21.
