A man has been charged with numerous offences, including causing racially or religiously aggravated fear of violence, after an incident in Dursley.
Police were called to School Road at around 5pm on Saturday, December 12.
A spokesman for Gloucestershire Police confirmed Richard Pole, 45, of School Road, had been arrested.
He has been charged with one count of causing racially or religiously aggravated fear of violence, three counts of using threatening words or behaviour, one count of exposure and two counts of racially or religiously aggravated harassment.
Pole has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Gloucester Crown Court on January 22, 2021.
