The man reportedly entered Tesco Express on Long Street at around 6.20pm on Sunday and attempted to buy a bottle of wine but was refused by an employee for already being intoxicated.

A 49-year-old man of no fixed abode was arrested in connection with the incident and has since been released on bail until the end of this month.
