Iconic restaurant group YO!, famed for its hand-crafted sushi and fresh Japanese food, will introduce a brand new YO! at Swindon’s Designer Outlet McArthur Glen on Monday, August 9.

The exciting new restaurant offers a diverse and nutritious menu, a bar with a trendy cocktail menu, the iconic YO! conveyor belt that delivers food straight to your table, QR contactless ordering and a Japanese ice cream cart, making it the perfect destination for peckish shoppers and locals alike.

The food menu features a range of sushi sets freshly rolled each day, including its signature YO! Roll, Crunchy California Roll and new dragon rolls such as the Veggie Volcano. It also offers a selection of hot, fresh street food like the ever-popular Katsu Curry, Gyoza, and YO! fries. With 15 different vegan dishes on the menu, there are plenty of meat and fish-free options for visitors to enjoy.

The bar features a bespoke cocktail menu curated by the East London Liquor Company, featuring cocktails with a twist including the Wasabi Gimlet, a blend of gin, lime, wasabi syrup and sugar rim, and the Shibuya Daiquiri, complete with East London Liquor Company Rum, lime and mango or passionfruit syrup. Japanese Asahi beer will also be available on the drinks menu – the perfect partner to your Korean Fried Chicken.

Additionally, YO! Swindon’s mochi ice cream cart will be selling a selection of its own flavoured ice-cream, with mouth-watering flavours including Chocolate, Mango Passionfruit, Lime Yuzu, Coconut and Raspberry Lychee.

Visitors will be able to order using a QR code and pay through a digital menu on their phone. To avoid queues, customers can also order ahead and Click and Collect at a specific time – meaning no waiting around and a contactless free service to support social distancing.

Delivery through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat will also be available, allowing YO!-fans to enjoy fresh, Japanese food from the comfort of their own homes.
