A MAGNIFICENT poppy dress has been created by knitters in Thornbury.
Karen Woodman, owner of Castle Crafts, asked the community to knit poppies in aid of the Royal British legion.
After a wonderful response to her appeal, a poppy dress was created.
The dress is now on display at the shop on The Plain.
You can have a go at guessing the number of poppies used to make the dress for the chance to win a prize made by one of the shop’s crafters.
There is also a window display showcasing the rest of the community-created poppies.
