A man has been sexually assaulted in a Gloucestershire bar.

Police are investigating a report that a man was sexually assaulted in Yates’ Bar, Cheltenham at around 12.45am on Sunday 6 February.

A 52-year-old woman from Gloucester was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and has been released under investigation.

Police are appealing for patrons to come forward with information. Investigating officers would like to speak to anyone who was in the bar at the time and who may have seen anything suspicious.
