Nick, who managed Bradley at Bristol Rovers Junior Supporters club and Hallen Athletic manager Jason Cotterill are organising one of three football matches to honour the talented footballer.
Nick along with ex-coaches Darren Hayes and and Jason Kirby will manage the BRJSFC side that currently have over 30 players signed on. Nicks wife Vicky, who played an integral part in the clubs growth said they will have to have rolling subs due to the amount of men that want to play and support the cause.
"We have been overwhelmed by the support we have received from players, locals and businesses. We have been inundated with offers of help and donations for our raffle and auctions."
A go fund me page that is running alongside the fundraising matches has raised almost £6000 in just three days.
Vicky added: "It is wonderful that the whole football community is coming together to honour Brad.
"He was one of the kids that you could put in any position, sub him, he never moaned, he was always happy. He was such a lovely polite kid.
The Brad Lewis Testimonial Match will be played at Hallen FC on Sunday April, 24, Kick off at 12pm. A minutes silence to remember him will be held before the game.
