A business is planning to open a pizza takeaway restaurant in Kingshill Road near Lidl in Dursley.
Third State Pizza Limited has applied to Stroud District Council for permission to change the former Motor World building from retail to takeaway use.
According to the plans, the pizzeria would serve pizza and oven based dishes - producing at least 100 meals a day.
The plan also includes the installation of extraction equipment and a customer entranceway with a ramp.
Proposed opening times are from 11am to 11pm Monday to Sunday.
The old auto parts store used to sell a variety of motoring, car parts and accessories as well as bicycles and cycle accessories.
