COTSWOLDS Love Island boy George has the same odds of winning the show as Ronan Keatings son Jack, despite topping a fan poll, as they battle it out for the affections of the girls in Casa Amor.
William Hill has revealed the new male Islanders’ chances of winning Love Island 2022, after entering Casa Amor over the weekend.
However, in a poll on the Love Island official app, fans were asked which boy would turn their head, labourer George Tasker won with an overwhelming majority of 34.6%.
But despite topping the poll, bookies have priced him at 40-1 to win the show.
George joined the show on Friday night as Love Island fans were ecstatic to see the return of the infamously scandalous Casa Amor, which is no stranger to testing even the strongest of connections in the villa
George Tasker, a singleton for three years after a super long-distance relationship with his ex in Australia, is priced the same as Dublin’s Jack Keating, who works in social media marketing and has a famous dad.
Despite only ranking third in the poll on the Love Island app construction worker Billy Brown, from Surrey has overtaken original Islanders Jay and Andrew in his bid to win, and is currently tipped 16-1.
Tony Kenny, Head of Sponsorship PR at William Hill, weighs in on the new Islanders: “Casa Amor is back and better than ever! This season has already been explosive so I’m sure twelve new Islanders will shake things up even further.
“Billy’s confidence and cheekiness has already made an impression on the girls, while Deji has shown his interest in Indiyah. It’ll be interesting to see how the rest of the new boys crack on over the next few days, and whether those solid connections will be put to the test.”
