FANS of Cotswolds actress Daisy May Cooper might get a glimpse of her in Chipping Sodbury following rumours her new series, Rain Dogs, is being filmed in the area.
Chipping Sodbury Mayor James Ball posted on his Facebook page last night to advise locals not to be alarmed by the 'state of the common' saying that some 'top secret' filming was set to go ahead.
A huge production set with a number of props including an arm sofa and some garden furniture is now situated on Old Sodbury and Horton common.
It is rumoured that Daisy May Cooper is filming the new series, after the team were seen filming near Abbotswood in Yate, last week.
The 35-year-old actress who masterminded BBC comedy series This Country with her brother Charlie started filming for the new show in Bristol in March.
In the series, Daisy is set to play Costello Jones, a single parent who is a diamond in the rough.
