The site of the development in Cam
A DEVELOPER has received planning approval to build 15 homes off Tilsdown Road in Cam.
Plans were agreed by Stroud District Council.
The new development called Tilsdown Gardens by Piper Homes will include a range of two, three and four bedroom properties.
The site will include two affordable rented properties and two houses available under shared ownership.
The development - designed by Gloucester based Quattro Design Architects - includes 30 parking spaces.
