A PUB in Dursley has received a new hygiene grade.
Food hygiene ratings reflect the hygiene standards which are found on the day of inspection by the local authority - they are not a guide to food quality.
Ratings are given on a score from 0-5, with five being the highest.
Old Spot Inn at 2 Hill Road, Dursley was given a five-star rating after an assessment on October 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
The Spot is a CAMRA National Pub of the Year and has featured in every edition of the CAMRA Good Beer Guide for the last 20 years.
Its original building dates from 1776 has been run by the same family for over 20 years
