A SCHOOL near Dursley has been closed today due to 'continuing low temperatures' and safety concerns as temperatures continue to fall.
The Peak Academy in Drake Lane, Cam said their building was currently ‘not a safe space’ for pupils.
The school said in a short statement: “Due to continuing low temperatures the site is not a safe place for pupils to return.
"Learning will continue online and through work sent home.”
Two other schools in the county - Cranham C of E Primary and Springbank Primary Academy have also been closed today.
