POLICE have issued an appeal after people were caught riding motorbikes anti-socially through footpaths in wooded area last weekend in Wotton.
Gloucestershire police say they have recieved multiple reports of an incident of anti-social behaviour in Westridge woods at around 3pm on Saturday (January 14).
Wotton neighbourhood policing team say they are now increasing patrols in the area to "deter this behaviour".
PCSO Hazel Pearson said in a community alert: “We are aware of an incident of anti-social behaviour, we have received reports of motorbikes in Westridge woods, Wotton at around 2:30pm to 3:30pm on the footpaths.
“We will be appealing for more information and local officers will be increasing patrols in the area to reassure local residents and deter this behaviour.
“If you have any information about this incident, especially any car registrations, or vans that may have been parked nearby that could help us with our investigation."
