MORE than half of the homes for sale at Bellway’s Ladden Garden Village development in Yate have now been sold.
The homebuilder is constructing 161 private homes off Clayhill Drive and 86 of these have been reserved by buyers, with 70 customers already moved in.
A further 86 affordable homes are being built for rent or shared ownership at the development, with 31 of these homes also complete.

Prices for two-bedroom apartments at Ladden Garden Village start from £235,000 while four-bedroom houses at the development are priced from £460,000.
