A DURSLEY man has been charged with driving without due care and attention.
The 34-year-old man allegedly drove a white Iveco without due care and attention on July 14 near the M32 in Eastville, Bristol.
The man also faces two other charges - for failing to stop at a red light traffic signal and for failing to stop after a road accident on the same day.
The man allegedly did not stop after his vehicle was involved in an accident with a silver Toyota.
This was contrary to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988, the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 and the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
The case was heard at Bristol Magistrates' Court on February 23 and adjourned.
