House prices in South Gloucestershire have gone down by an average of over £1,000 in the month of January, according to figures from the Land Registry.
The latest data from the government department reveals that in January 2023 average house prices in South Gloucestershire reached £363,862.
This was down from £365,433 in December, representing a 0.4 per cent decrease. In the last 12 months it has risen by 12.5 per cent.
