DOZENS of families and neighbours gathered in Uley to celebrate the coronation.
The Big Picnic was held at the Millennium Green outside the village shop on Sunday, May 7.
There was a big cake for children as well as various games and entertainment.
It has been more than ten years since the then Prince of Wales reopened Uley Community Stores and Post Office.
Prince Charles described the village, which is 20 minutes from the King's residence Highgrove, as a "very special place" at the time.
