A MAN, aged in his 60s, is still in hospital after a two-car crash near Filton over the weekend.
Avon and Somerset Police are appealing for witnesses following the collision in Brentry.
The crash happened around 3.15pm on Sunday, June 11 near Forest Drive junction in Knole Lane, and involved a silver BMW 3 series and a silver Ford Focus.
The driver of the Focus, a man in his sixties, remains in hospital with injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
Meanwhile, the BMW driver, a man in his late teens, also attended hospital but did not need to be admitted.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: “Officers are keen to hear from anyone who saw the collision, who has dashcam or other footage of either vehicle in the moments beforehand or any other information which could help their enquiries.
“A silver BMW 3 series travelling towards Charlton Road was in collision with a silver Ford Focus being driven towards Crow Lane.”
