A YATE cafe has been given a top food hygiene grade.
Boswells Cafe, at North Road, Yate, was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on September 5.
Ratings go from 0-5, with five being the highest.
Food hygiene ratings reflect the hygiene standards which are found on the day of inspection by the local authority.
The three areas which are inspected by a food safety officer are the food handling, the conditions of the facilities and the management of food safety.
