A MAN from Berkeley must pay almost £800 after breaking a speed limit.
Ayrton Young, aged 38, of Forest View Road, Berkeley, was caught driving over the 50mph limit in a Volkswagen at Gossington on the A38 at Gossington on June 28.
He pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates' on September 19.
Young was fined £499 and must pay a victim surcharge of £199 plus £90 in costs - a total of £788.
Six penalty points were also added to his licence.
